National Exercise Referral Scheme

NERS is a Welsh Assembly Government initiative to promote physical activity in people who are inactive or have certain medical conditions.

NERS stands for National Exercise Referral Scheme.

The Scheme is designed to help people who do not regularly exercise to increase levels of activity to protect and improve health.
