For Ordering Regular Medication

The practice has introduced temporary arrangements for ordering regular medication while coronavirus (COVID-19) is circulating in the community. The new arrangements have been introduced to limit the person to person spread of this disease by limiting the number of people visiting the Resource Centre.

Do not attend surgery reception in person to request repeat medication.

Please use one of the following options:

Pharmacy Collection Service

If you use a pharmacy collection service please continue to order medication in the normal way.

  • Contact the pharmacy one week before your regular medication is due and only order items that you need.
  • Inform the pharmacy of any items that are not required.

My Health Online

Telephone Request

The practice will accept telephone requestS for medication as a temporary measure while coronavirus (COVID-19) Is circulating in the community. Please contact reception to order repeat medication.

please only order regular medication by telephone if there is no alternative.

Our priority is to help our vulnerable patients and those who are in most need, which means the wait time to speak to us may be a little longer than usual – particularly as we’re getting more calls than normal.
