We have a detailed complaints policy with leaflets available in the waiting room explaining the process of how you can make a complaint. If you wish to see the complete policy it is available from the practice manager Rachel Griffiths.
We are committed to providing a high quality service and investigate all complaints thoroughly. Learning from complaints is an important part of our quality review process, in that problems highlighted by a complaint become a subject for further audit and education.
